HALF SWORDFISH SET (5 x 25s)

Hello Team, we will like to make a little swim test to see where each of you are in your swimming level.
This way we will be able to improve the practices and see if you are improving next time we do a swim test. You can do the test any day next week, you can change one set of the main set or do it before or after the main set.
The set will be Half Swordfish (5 x 25s) any stroke you like, but the 5 most be the same stroke with no diving. Resting 30 seconds after each 25.
You have to see your time every 25. Preferably have someone take your times. Remember your times and send them to us!
