Tarzan

Great to develop body awareness and core control while maintaining a high tempo stroke. Your ​head out of the water looking straight down to the other end. This puts your body in a naturally unstable position with your hips low and feet likely dragging behind them.

 

Breaststroke with Flutter Kick

The drill actively prevents swimmers from stalling between stroke cycles, and as a result promotes a faster stroke rate.

Breastroke 2 Kick

​Gliding is important. You don’t need to take a lot of strokes to go fast. Breastroke is the only stroke that by gliding you can be faster.
