Thanks for the training. As you mentioned in the video, the most difficult part for me were the butterfly´s series (I am 58). For the beginners, I would recommend to practise several times the specific butterfly training before going to the combined one. Anyway when you finish, the feeling of having done a great workout is fantastic. Thanks again for the exercises and specially for your videos.
