Here when your arm goes in, it is supposed to glide horizontally, you are breaking the water in a vertical way then going up, try to go in the water carefully in a diagonal way then when you break the surface of the water with your hand change the direction horizontal.

Once you have it horizontally make sure that you fully stretch your arms to the front before starting the pull. Right now you keep your elbow a bend.

You might need to work on your shoulder mobility in order to achieve this. Mobility videos

Your body position looks good, you are high in the water, but you need to work slowly and steady on your ankle mobility.

Great turn!! 

When you turn, rotate your hands and use your arms to do a curl so you can flip better and have a better position to get into a streamline faster.

Keep practicing the turns when you swim and it will get easier every time.

Much better stretching and gliding to the front, you are still going in too vertically but it is much better. There is still room to full lock your elbow to the front.

Your pull is a bit too slow, when you finish gliding and you bend your elbow to start the pull, accelerate the pull and do it strong.

Great turn, do not rush your push, land in a good position and make sure to have a strong push every time you do a turn.

Areas to work on, in general:

  • Work on one thing at the time. Focus on one thing, then once you correct it go to the next point.
  • Sometimes is good to forget about the technique and just try going faster, by pulling strong and getting your kick up.
  • Work on your overall mobility and flexibility, you should be able to point your toes while kicking.
