About the swimming community

What do I do to not have nerves in my competitions? How do I swim faster? When should I start lifting weights? Where do I look for the best training equipment? Why does water get into my nose when I swim backstroke? How many meters should I train per day or per week?

These are all some of the questions that we have asked ourselves at some point in our lives as swimmers, and that it was difficult to find the answer or simply the answers did not apply to our specific situation.
As we developed as swimmers throughout our sports career, the answers emerged with the experiences we had as part of Division 1 and Division 2 US university swimming teams, international competitions with the national team and training with the best coaches and swimmers in the world.

Having finished our sporting careers at the elite level and reflecting on what we learned about swimming and life, we would like to be the source of information and advice that we wish we had when we couldn’t find answers to our questions.

In addition, one of the most important things we learned was that success is not achieved by itself, but rather that there is always a team or community of people who support each other and behind each success story, there was a team of people with a common goal.

Swimming Community is one of the avenues that we think can be effective in transmitting that knowledge, information and advice to the people who want and need it. We are excited to live in a stage where sharing information is easier than ever and to be able to have the opportunity to help people like us who share that passion for swimming and seek to be a better version of themselves through the best sport in the world.

We invite you to be part of this community and learn from our experiences and those of the other members of the community in a casual and dynamic way.

We are waiting for you and swim fast!
