This is a different type of workout.
We will work mainly on our core muscles for 25 minutes.
We will use the core workout guide.
Do as many rounds as possible on those 25 minutes. This is challenging but try to rest as little as possible.
Now to warm down use the stretching guide and stretch for 15 minutes.
If you want to get in the pool and relax a little bit that is up to you.
