- Watch the video references to learn the right technique.
- Don’t skip, start in day 1 then once finished continue to day 2 and so on.
- Print the workout and take it with you to the pool.
- Complete the 10 workouts in 30 days or less. (2 or 3 workouts per week.)
- Post your times of the challenge of the first and last workout.
- We will send to you a certificate of completion. (if the videos where uploded)
