How manh times a week?
Hi ! I’ve just downloaded this workout for next week training. It seems really cool to perform… I let you know in a few days…!
Noob question here… in between sets, or between exercises within a set, or even between repetitions within an exercise… do I need to rest? If so, for how long?
For example, for Set 1 when says “4 x 25s drill”, is it “25 drill + pause + 25 drill + pause +…” or is it “25 + 25 + 25 + 25 + pause”?
Thanks this gave me the basics and I ended my 1st Oceanman 2k sprint
