Noob question here… in between sets, or between exercises within a set, or even between repetitions within an exercise… do I need to rest? If so, for how long?
For example, for Set 1 when says “4 x 25s drill”, is it “25 drill + pause + 25 drill + pause +…” or is it “25 + 25 + 25 + 25 + pause”?

Swim = normal swim Kick = Feet ony (use a board) Pull = Arms only ( use PullBuoy between your legs)
Hello everyone from Russia! Today tried this program! It went awesome, the most challenging set was #3, had to do extra 50 but really felt how to glide! Thanks for teaching how to swim fast)
