Recommended Drills:

One Arm Backstroke

For every six kicks, you do single arm backstroke – Kick, thumb comes out, hand rotates, pinky enters the water. Make sure you are rolling and the shoulder is popping up.

Descend Stroke Count

Count your strokes on the first 25. On the second 25, try to take fewer strokes. Continue descending the number until you have completed the first 4×25

Eu gostei muito da iniciativa, mas infelizmente não falo inglês. Se as instruções fossem em português eu já teria inscrito na promoção passada de U$1.99.
