San Jose del Cabo Swim Camp

Dates: March 27 to 31, 2024

Hotel & Meals: 5 days, 4 nights in the 5 star Royal Solaris Los Cabos & Spa, just 15 min drive away from the pool (transportation included)

All Inclusive – All meals are included in the cost of the camp at the hotel restaurants.

Training: We will have swimming practices and dry-land training so you can improve your technique and be more efficient in the water. Since we are a small group the practices will be divided in small groups so we can only focus on what you need the most.

Analysis: You will be filmed during all the camp, this is so we can analyse your swim in slow motion and different angles. Then when the camp is over we will work with all your footage and send it to you in a long detailed video. With corrections, exercises and tips so you can really see the improvement.

Evaluation & Injuries: You will be evaluated outside the water: flexibility, mobility, stability, coordination and more. We will teach you some of the best exercises to prevent injuries specially on the stroke and distance you swim the most.
