Dates: January 19th to 23rd, 2025
Hotel: QT Gold Coast 5 Star Hotel, 5 days, 4 nights.
Meals: Half Board, breakfast and dinner included. At bazaar restaurant.
Pool: Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, just 7 minutes drive away from the hotel.
Course: We will have swimming practices, an optional open water session, and dry-land training to help you improve your technique and become more efficient in the water. The training sessions will be divided into smaller groups with participants of similar age and skill level, each with a designated coach, allowing us to focus on what you need the most.
Post Camp: When the camp is over, we will work with all your footage and send it to you in detailed videos. These videos will include analysis, corrections, exercises, drills, and tips so you can continue to work on your technique and achieve long-lasting improvements.
