Dates: June 30 to July 4 (sold out) and July 5th to July 9th
(all bookings are for July 5th to the 9th)
Hotel & Meals: 5 days, 4 nights in the L’Azure Hotel just 2 minutes walking away from the pool La Piscina de Lloret. All the meals are included in the camp cost in the restaurant of the hotel.
Training: We will have swimming practices and dry-land training so you can improve your technique and be more efficient in the water. Since we are a small group the practices will be divided in small groups so we can only focus on what you need the most.
Analysis: you will be filmed pretty much during all the camp, this is so we can analyse your swim in slow motion and different angles. Then when the camp is over we will work with all your footage and send it to you in a long detailed video. With corrections, exercises and tips so you can really see the improvement.
Evaluation & Injuries: You will be evaluated outside the water: flexibility, mobility, stability, explosiveness(sprinters), coordination and more. We will teach you some of the best exercises to prevent injuries specially on the stroke and distance you swim the most.
Philipe –
Today David became Regional champion 100 breaststroke (beat his best time of 9 seconds) & thank you to all of you © he didn’t think the results would come so fast, see you next year 🙂 – 10 years old swimmer.
Nizar Masters swimmer –
When I came to the camp I knew just a little bit about the proper way to swim and the correct techniques of swimming, considering I had only just started taking swimming more seriously in February 2022 for health and fitness.
However, by the end of the camp I had learnt a lot from you both and now am a better swimmer, with knowledge of the four strokes, and my endurance has improved. The feedback you gave me is priceless and was an important aspect of the camp swimming experience. Of course, there is still a lot more to learn and I plan to continue to do so.
Iron Man Master Swimmer –
I don’t think I will ever be the fastest swimmer, but yesterday I took off 11 minutes from my previous best Ironman swim time.
