Singapore Swim Camp 2023
From: USD $450.00 / month for 4 months
Dates: August 9th to 13th
Hotel & Meals: 5 days, 4 nights in the beautiful Orchid Country Club. Here you will be able to find all the sports facilities, sports masseurs, physiotherapist, sauna, gym and much more. Only breakfast is included in the price, there are several restaurants in the club.
Training: We will have swimming practices and dry-land training so you can improve your technique and be more efficient in the water. Since we are a small group the practices will be divided in small groups so we can only focus on what you need the most.
Analysis: you will be filmed pretty much during all the camp, this is so we can analyse your swim in slow motion and different angles. Then when the camp is over we will work with all your footage and send it to you in a long detailed video. With corrections, exercises and tips so you can really see the improvement.
Evaluation & Injuries: You will be evaluated outside the water: flexibility, mobility, stability, explosiveness(sprinters), coordination and more. We will teach you some of the best exercises to prevent injuries specially on the stroke and distance you swim the most.

“The advice and corrective posture for speed were very helpful. We have put them to practice immediately in our pool. We know now that we are correcting it in parts and that it will take time, but we are constant and optimistic!”

“The camp was excellent way to observe myself via top/side/underwater camera, learn principles of techniques, turns, start ups and gym to support swimming. It was very good location, friendship, connections and fun. I will definitely re-do preferably with my swim mates from camp #1.”

“Hello, the camp has been an incredible experience, since I was able to meet great coaches who helped to identify technical aspects that I had not noticed with different exercises that we do in the pool, such as counting strokes, the kick and the turns, after that camp we left more motivated to continue training and continue improving “
